I've been getting numerous recorded messages regarding this same subject (from "Private Caller.").  This was the first time a person responded.  Claimed that the "Clean Energy Act" could give me $3,800 of stimulus money. Claimed they would be in my neighborhood next week and wanted to assess whether I was eligible for the money.

Name on caller ID says "Jose Abreu," but caller was female.

I told her I wanted to conduct some research on this.  She claimed it was not a sales call and that they didnt have a website.   I hung up.
