Who called from 4072888062

Derek Brown......very obnoxious and saying information that is incorrect andharin personal information that is untrue.

I am a Pennsylvania Attorney.  One of my clients has been getting numerous phone calls from this number.  They say they are either "Financial Crimes Division" or "Affidavit Processing Division".  They refuse to identify themselves or provide a mailing address.

DO NOT give out any personal information (name, phone number, bank account information, etc.) to these people.

Caller said his name was James Wright, but was very UNamerican and I couldn't understand him.  He knew a lot of OLD personal information about me. He kept yelling and he called me an idiot and told me I was going to jail.  And he refused to tell me exactly WHO he was and WHAT he was calling about or from WHAT company.  I have no idea what just happened, but it feels like some sort of scam.  Does anyone have more information on this number?  I couldn't understand anything he said because of his super strong foreign accent.

I went through the same thing with that phone number and a person named John Kessler then he became a Derek Brown with the Financial Crimes Division.  He was Japanese or Chinese but whatever I could not understand much of what he was saying but he was rude and very threateninig.  I would get up to 4 calls a day from this person so I just went and changed my phone number.

I too got a call from this person and went through the same thing, Mr. Wright told me I was going to jail if I didn't pay off an old loan, but he could'nt tell me who the loan was from or how much but wanted to make a settlement offer to me.  I kept asking him questions and he finally got mad at me and told me that the local police were on there way to arrest me.  Do not give out any info or verify any thing that these people may say to you.
