They keep calling me but I don't answer it because i'm not sure who it is.

Bright House Networks Orlando Division.  Its Customer Service, most likely calling for an outage in your area or past due bill, etc.

This is brighthouse networks calling to collect past due money.

I got this call earlier, they didn't leave a message.
I goggled it and it is BrightHouse Networks, but I don't have a past due bill, I paid my bill about a week ago, and just checked their website, i have no past due bill.  Who

for sure its bright house networks, and its cause they need their money$$$
