this is a recorded announcement about lowering your home mortgage without a number to press to be removed from further calls. there are a series of nmbers before this phone number: v10911180900002 and then the above number.

Number couldn't ring through because I have a call blocker.  Only the numbers I input can get through.  Just checked to see who it might be.

Called and said they were from an energy group.  As soon as I said I am on the do not call list they hung up.

Comes up on the caller ID as "energy group"; didn't have time to answer it though. Tried to call back and it said that the number is not yet activated.

Tried to call back and got a message that "this number has not yet been activated".  Sounded like a phone co message like "this number is no longer in service", but joy sure.  Said they were representing FL Power & Light to do a survey to reduce our energy costs.  Selling something or trying to gain access to our home.
