Be cautious....do not call these people back. I have been getting repeated calls from this company over the last two weeks. When I called back the message said the number was no longer in service. I called my cell phone service provider and had them block this number. We will see how this works. However, they told me that sometimes if you call a number back, that person can "capture" your number and use it. Apparently, there was a big crackdown on this a few years ago. He said especially on landline phones.
Well same situation happened to me last night, this Medical Survey Department called my house at around 7:00 pm last night and my husband who answered the phone said someone is looking for our daughter. My daughter he said is away because she's on school but he didn't ask what's the call is all about. My husband just handed to me the phone and started asking my daugher's birth control pills she's taking. I was thinking and I asked my husband if this is our mail in order pharmacy because my daughter's prescription comes in brand name only and maybe the pharmacist wants to call my daughters doctor to change it to a generic brand. Then he said, did he used other brands before? I said no, this is the only brand that the doctor prescribed to her to avoid her having facial acne break ups and then he proceeded with, what about Mirena? (I thought, is this a pharmacist I am speaking with? because he has no permission or suggestion on what so ever my daughter wanted to use, plus this is an IUD, where the Gynecologist had to nserted it inside her uterus through her private organ) and he goes, Mirena is an IUD where you placed inside your [***]. Then I got so mad and pissed out and I asked if he is a pharmacist and he answered NO, then I proceeded to tell him do you know what HIPAA Law is? Well you just violated OUR HIPAA privacy and you have no damn and f******g right to tell me that! I am reporting you and when my husband saw I was really upset because I am a professional person and I don't use the"F" word, and I am an acute migraine sufferer, stress and being so intensely upset will really trigger my migraine. Fortunately, he didn't hang up the phone and he spoke with my husband and his name is Matt, indian accent. He gave my husband a different phone number from our caller ID which is also disconnected 715-517-2571. I reported it to http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacypsa//complaint/indexhtml (HIPAA Privacy Law) afer they hang up.

HIPAA Privacy Law (This company, who ever they are, invaded our HIPAA Law and it is purnishable by Law), I hope you can spread it out and tell every one and not just ignored it. I post my story today under Janjan. Thanks, I hope this is helpful to you.
I got the same phone call yesterday June 15 @ 7 pm. At first Matt, with an Indian accent, is asking about birth control pills and became too graphic and that's when I got so mad and I reported it to: http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/psa/compliant/indexhtml (HIPAA Privacy Law). Because they also know all the medications you are taking over the past 20 years. And under HIPAA Law, they violated our privacy, and it is punishable by LAW. Please spread it out. Don't just ignore this phone number 407-327-6466 and Matt also gave 715-517-2571, both are disconnected but our government can track them down. They can't hide and can't call us anymore.
