I finally answered after repeated calls from this # & no message; they asked if sum1 would be available to serve papers to tomoro & gave me a case # that is not even a valid case # for my state. I hung up, they called back.
this is a scam.....I have been turning all these calls over to my lawyer. They do not call you to tell you they are going to serve papers on you. Plus when I told them to bring the papers on they said they would be out the next day between 2-4pm. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not seen anyone yet. They do this as to scare you into paying them outrageous money amounts and wants you to send on green dot card. That way it cannot be traced.. I wished these ppl the best when they get to heaven and face the LORD as they are nothing but scum. They have no regards for decency and they know they are scaming ppl but they continue to do it anyway. These ppl have no MORALS.
These mo'fo's got me ****'d Up! Tried to run a scam but when you question them they TRY to get loud. They have met their match. Of course, they stopped calling.
If you call the number back it is from a FREE TEXT APP CALLED "TEXT ME".
