i am receiving annoying phone calls from this number and all i know it has to do with some type of travel agency. they are soliciting my number and wont stop calling. i have called them and asked them nicely to stop calling and it still happens.

I got a call from this number. The caller asked for William, my husband. I asked who was calling. She said her name. I asked who she represented and she said Specialty Travel. I told the "lady" that this was not William's phone. It was his wife's cell phone and I had repeatedly asked to be taken off of your list. I hung up. She called back and told me that I didn't have to be so "specific and rude!" How DARE SHE!!!! I asked to speak to her manager - she put me on the line with either herself or someone who did not speak much and after I complained this person asked me if there was anything else. Infuriating! I filed a complaint with the do not call registry and the FCC. I also emailed Specialty Travel.
I have reported this number AND Specialty Travel on numerous occasions to the Do Not Call Registry. I don't understand why they haven't been fined! Tried calling the FTC in Washington, DC and surprise, there are no prompts to talk to a live person! Beginning to think this is a phantom government agency paying high-dollar salaries to people that don't do anything! I get calls at least once or twice (maybe more) every week. I now keep my trusty whistle by my phone! I hope their ears are still ringing.
