Do NOT agree to this deal. i did and then read the reviews. When i tried to get a refund of my deposit and was told I had passed the time limit. Nine months later still fighting. the last letter they wrote to my credit card co says the voucher is good for 30 more days!
This company is a high pressure sales to buy timeshare. They do not honor what they claim. They went threw items of ours while touring the place. The people were nasty, and rude. They damaged my LV backpack purse, claimed they would pay for a new or fix the damage. They shipped the bag with more damage. I wrote up to all about this, on the web site plenty of others have had problems with them as well. We stayed in Fl. The one in VA is not much better, this time we took out the valuable items. I just want God to Bless them the way they Blessed us. Being a Minister and the claimed to hire Ministers to make sales. They do not have internet when they claim they did. Be warned customers come last here, once they get your money. Help them out by taking advantage of the free nights, and walk away. God Bless
My wife and I certainly had a wonderful experience with Westgate! We went to the Gatlinburg resort in Tennesse twice. We went on our honeymoon 1 1/2 years ago and again last month. We bought in this time as we met many of the same employees and they were outstanding. Of course, our experience with Pigeon Forge is it's a Christian community for the most part. Great experiences both times by us both!!!
