I have been receiving phone calss from a Bob Hakes from National credit adjusters regarding making payments on a loan is this a legitamate company?

This is a legitimate Collection Agency called NCA. (National Credit Adjusters) I remember dealing with them  yearrsss ago but now they are calling me because someone opened a bank account under my name. Victim of Identity Theft. :-(

No address to request them to stop calling me at work.
