They use 866-961-1819, 877-714-1202, 866-961-1820 & 877-714-1187 and online go by cancunrus.com or sandosvacations.com. When I last called the 800 #'s I used to make my initial purchase they were no longer in service as was the website they used to lure potential buyers.
