Creepy guy talks like he's your best friend. - sounds like has on drugs.
Maybe he's calling from prison???
I'm in Orlando, FL and received a strange, unwanted, unsolicited and VERY annoying call from 407-371-4191 on January 18. 2012 around 4pm. Some creeper starts talking and calling me by my first name like he's known me forever. He says 'we are going to be in your area tomorrow....'. I stop the freak and ask 'who is WE?' He refuses to answer and continues with his spiel.
I ask 'who is this?' and he gives some stupid fake name like 'This is Liev Schriver', like i'm supposed to know who he is. I ask him again who he is with and he doesn't say. He also recites my address (from a list no doubt). VERY creepy and a really great way to sell your 'product' to the public (heavy sarcasm here).
I have reported the scammer to the feds and Florida state authorities and I also cussed him out, which was a real pleasure for me. I'm on the FL do not call list and the national US do not call list. 'My best friend' and his 'company' will receive a hefty fine thanks to my and your efforts. I cant believe anyone would fall for this criminal's scam. It's a good thing my 9-year old daughter didnt answer the phone and speak to this perv or I would physically track him down and spend 5 minutes alone with no witnesses present.
