Who called from 4073718201

i hate these people

"Mike" called from this number to discuss energy savings.  He became beligerent and would not provide any information about himself or his company when I told him we are on the do not call list.

They keep calling: I answer and after 10 seconds of silence they hang up.  It happens a few time a week.

Received calls from this number in the past two days, both at nearly the same time of day (4-5pm EST). Nobody talks when I answer. Nothing registers on the caller ID other than the phone number.

They are selling Solar Hot Water Systems and I got 3 calls on Friday. Would not give me information and then hung up...
