this # has been calling me for 4 days. when i call back on each of the days they called me i am placed on hold for an average of 8 minutes. on the fifth day when i asked what the letters in their company name the woman Mercedes says she has to read me her script. then she starts to read her deal OVER my question. then i ask her again. then she hangs up. so i have been calling her back and every time she picks up knows it's me and then hangs up.
