Who called from 4073741308

Recorded message that starts in the middle, so that caller is not identified. Wants to "lower your interest rate. This is your final notice." (Please let it be the final one!!!) "Press 1 for live person, 3 to discontinue calls." Call came in under name of "Robert Khoury." We have received this identical call numerous times, under this and other names, and under this and other numbers. The recording is identical. Aren't robocalls illegal?

Previous times I received calls from this number......Just received another call where I had answering machine pick up

GOT 3 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ASKING FOR A FAMILY MEMBER. WHEN I SAY THEY ARE NOT HERE THEY HANG UP ON ME.

Called number back and it's Rick Scott For Florida Campaign political number.

407-374-1308 called Oct 29, 2014 at 3:33 pm. Caller ID = OUT OF AREA (usually SPAM).  I am in 407 area code, how can it be out of area.  Did not leave a message, be my phone recorded the background sounds of a telephone boiler room.
