Just got a call from this number and it was only static on the line.  Upon immediate call back, the number was "disconnected"

Just got one from this number a few hours ago. Did not answer, did not try to return call. No message left.

Thanks for letting us know it's a scam. The reported failure on trying to call that number suggests the jerks are also forging their caller-id info.
