Google Maps Street View show that address to be a small business park parking lot, which might be why their photo car did not go through it, even though there is a street sign at its two T-intersections with 5th street. It is located in a residential neighborhood and the buildings in that loop are all one-story and there are no signs on the buildings; it looks like it was intended to blend in with the neighborhood. There are no signs anywhere on the grounds near 5th Street either. Odd that a business parking lot gets a street name, but that might have been a concession made by that city to get the business park to agree to be low-key and have no large business signs on the buildings.
