Who called from 4073837622

Called and voice came on saying not a valid extension.  Obviously a ROBO Dial call.  This is insane.  I get several calls a day from all over the US that do this.  This has to stop.  It is annoying and illegal.  The do not call list isn't working.  Our governement is more worried about how to tax us more and take away rights.  Fix this problem!  Annoying phone calls.

When I answered, a recorded voice said "This is not a valid extension."

This is a phone system  hacked by outside intruder.
