Who called from 4073921990

Called today 02/07/2008 @ 1:25pm EST
Message left was an older sounding female voice that said "hello" then a long pause then a hang up.

Twice this week...  same as everyone else. Hangs up, no message. Call back gets a not-in-service recording.

Appears to be an overly agressive predictive dialer.  Phone rang, but no one on the line, then disconnect.

Called at 11:30am on 5/12/08.  Caller ID showed  "florida call."   No message was left on the answering machine.   The area code is for Geneva, FL and I'm a Florida resident, so it's intrastate (gets around the DNC list rules.)

Same as everyone else..............answered call and no one responded.  May be that everyone should start calling this number?  Every day....all day.....and night?
