After answering it took about 8 seconds for the rep to come on. She claimed to be calling for "State Energy" and asked me how much I pay for my electric bill. This isn't the first time I've told them not to call. I'm on the federal Do Not Call list and reported the call.

An aggressive sounding man said that he was calling to collect debt, however I do not have any debt so this is very suspect,! I would strongly suggest not to answer this call... I will update if I get another call.
