I believe this is Dynamic Recovery Solutions.  They are a debt collector, but one that skates just outside of what is legal.  They do not identify themselves as a debt collector.  They do not readily provide the client name that they represent.  They request your SSN for identification. They are threatening.  And...all this as an attempt to collect on a debt that was included as part of a bankruptcy more than a quarter of a century ago; which they cannot legally do.  There are lawyers who know about Dynamic Recovery Solutions, (I'm in contact with one now), and would like very much to pursue legal action against them for harassment and for breaking the law.  Do not let these people intimidate you. They're breaking the law in their methods of trying to collect debts and attempt to collect debts they have no legal right to.

Thank you Danny. I answered, dead silent, coughed then hung up.  Interested how you made out with the attorney.

Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a debt collection shop that uses illegal practices and will even harass you if you have no debts at all. They have been fined heavily by Federal before. BE WARNED. KEEP RECORDS. ANY debt collector is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) if they initially contact you in ANY form other than U.S. Mail. EACH violation entitles you to up to $1,500. Have they called you twenty times without mailing you anything? Do the math. Answer zero questions, give zero personal information, keep call records and hire an attorney. The attorney will send a simple C&D letter. Be advised. DRS will use a long string of telephone numbers to contact you.

Your post is in error, is giving people the wrong information and is misleading.  Either correct it or your posts will be reported.  I told you this once before.  FDCPA says that the initial dunning letter does not need to be sent out until first contact (defined as either them actually talking to you or leaving a message) is made.  The FDCPA does not specify a "per violation" award.  Do the math?  Well you would be off legally by thousands.  You can send a simple C & D letter yourself for less than $7.00.  If you feel that I am in error, please provide the proof otherwise, once again, here is mine:
