I got 15 calls in ten minutes from not only this number but several others all saying the same thing. They were calling for Kenneth/Ken something about the loan he applied for. It was my cell phone and I don't know anyone with that name. I have called them back and been hung up on and had them tell me I was on their Do Not Call list but it never worked. I have now been put on the National list. Since they are not a real company I can't call the BBB. I am frustrated since I have applied to many schools around the country and I have to answer when I see numbers from other area codes in case it is one of them.
They call so many times. I went to their web site but you enter you e-mail then tell you to change your password and nothing happen and call customer service and I am glad I have not gotten further with this people because when look up their name i gotten this message and a lot more Thanks
I applied for an online loan and got like 16 calls from these people. The messages were the same pre-recorded message telling me to go to their website, in varying stages of play. After searching the web a little, I learned they were a scam (GENUINE scam) so I answered when they called the 17th time, and I played with the agent a little before asking him to remove me from his calling list and telling him I would not be completing the application. I went to the website (while the 18th-22nd calls went to voicemail) and the "security" portion of the quiz asked me what city I lived in while listing 16 towns I have never heard of, much less lived in. They want you to select the one that applies to you, that you entered in the previous application process. So I finished the online "pre-approval" process by telling it I was Active Duty military and hit submit. THAT stopped the calls REAL fast.
