I think your right regarding the spoofing situation. I also got a call from this number, I didn't pick up and return the call. Got a disconnected right away. Unfortunately with Voip, you can call from anywhere in the world and spoof any number you want. Caller ID is useless now.

407 403-7645 on may 24, 2017. My phone rang once or twice, picked up  and about 1 second later I hear a click. Hung up on me

My husband and I continue to get calls from this number.  We do not answer, they leave no message and when we try to ask them to remove us from their call list, there is no one there.
