CID= HGVC. This number has been calling twice a day for the last 2 days on my unlisted, DNC list number. It rings 4 times and hangs up. I have never answered it. The do not call list and reporting is probably of no help, as this is likely an overseas VOIP caller beyond the reach of the US government. It is up to the telecom carriers to bring this thing to an end, but they are only interested in profits not service!
I have an old cellular TracFone and I don’t answer unknown numbers. Someone called today at 1:27 PM, my voice mail picked up and they did not leave a message. My phone number is registered on the national and Florida Do Not Call Lists, however these people WILL NOT abide by any DNC List!
