this is def. a man or whatever he is named Neil Strong, Jack Strong or something like that.. He will tell you he has seen you or met you and he's a pilot and he is lying.. he never meets any of these people he only says that...........he will also call and say he is looking for real estate in your area him & his wife...lol...
