Card Services "how they answered the call back" called my registared National Do NOT Call phone number and hung-up before I answered the third ring. I Called Card Services back and asked for a manager and I received a laugh and was hung-up on. On a second call I was accused of herassment for ashing their business address.
Call from "Rachel" (5th one in 2 weeks), who states she's calling @ my present credit card; no problem right now (kind of her); but dial 1 if I'd like my interest lowered.
