This number called me at 5:54am. I quickly hit the decline button, not because I didn't recognize the number, but because of how early it was. They left a 45 second voicemail... it was completely silent.
This is a scam call. They called and left this message: "Hello, this is Heather at account services and we're calling in reference to your current credit card account. There is no problem with your account however it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate..." SCAM. My only credit cards are through a major bank that would never leave a message like this. Ugh I am tired of these stupid scam calls, I get 1-2 a day and always from different numbers.
