Who called from 4074138726

Same MO, to my cell phone line.

Received an unwanted call from this number on my emergency phone on 5/18/2016 at 8:03 pm. No name on caller ID,left no message. But it did wake up my wife,who must be clocked in at work at 4:00 AM. And since the call came in on the emergency number, none of us got any sleep last night. And of coarse no answer when I tried to call the number back.

Got a call from this, right after another number on 1-800 notes.  I called it back and heard an automated message for a 'survey'.

Got a call and did not answer. No caller ID and do not leave vm

I have a cell (pay as you go) .10 per min so when someone calls me, I have to pay for there junk promo!!!!  If they call again I'll call my lawyer
