Received a call from this number. Did a search and it came up as Morgan and Morgan law office in Orlando, Florida. My mom is filing a lawsuit against a rehab facility in the Tampa metro area, so it makes sense.
I disagree. You never speak with an attorney, a paralegal handles the entire case. Any problems, too bad. Finally settled my case and 14 months later they still owe me money from my PIP claim. Hire a real lawyer.
I have received about 6 phones calls within a half an hour. Each time I answer, it just beeps at me and no one is on the line. Very annoying. Get it together Morgan and Morgan. There is no reason for them to be calling me.
Don't bother with them. They act like they're interested in helping out the "regular" folks, but their not! If it's not a huge potential for them, then they can't be bothered. I took the time to fill out the online inquiry & free case review & then I received a call back from a call center worker (not even sure if it was a paralegal, didn't sound like one). They basically asked me to repeat everything, then put me on hold & said not something they would handle.
They dupe you into filling out this form. It's a pop up when you go to the Soc. Sec Disability application website. They pop up 1st and you fill it out thinking you are on the soc. sec. webpage they tell you u were not approved and now they have your email address and phone number. So if they have to resort to tricks like this then they have to be a piece of crap ambulance chasing lawyers. Good lawyers don't have to steal a website to get business. SO BE WARE. They need to be reported to the attorney general's office in FL for scamming the public. I think I will. Call type: is a SCAM.
