This went straight to voicemail without even showing up as a missed call even though my phone was on and should have had signal.

Listened to the voicemail, couldn't make out the company name, but it was a robo-call that ended after it said 'press 9 to opt out.' This is the type of company that if they do not reach a human who they can scam, at least know that it's a live number if you press 9, and can then sell that number to another company.
