Got call, picked up no answer, waited and got dial tone 15 secounds later.  Called back and told to "redial number incorrect".  What gives?!?!?

Just got a call from the mentioned #. Dead air and then a hang up. Called back and it goes straight to some automated voice mail.

This person continues to call me about free energy money. After telling her I am on the Do Not Call List, she says I am not selling anything so I can call. Our company will come out and tell you how to save on your energy bill. I told her I had Progress Energy coming out to do an audit and she said they will tell you to buy all new products from them we don't do that.
