Caller said she wanted to talk to the home owner about my electric bill. I informed her I don't have an electric bill......she hung up. Hopefully she will not call again.

Call was a lot of static with a woman ID'ing my home address and telling me that MY electric rate was being raised. I said that that I couldn't hear her too well and asked if she was on a cell phone. She immediately said that she would call back and hung up..............so far no call back BUT I"M WAITING.......
I got the same call today-the lady's phone had so much static it was ridiculous. I got a call from this number today asking about lowering my electric bill. I asked what company they are, and the lady told me Alternative Solutions. (I tried researching the company online and can find nothing.) She asked if our electric bill was over $125 per month, and if we rented or owned our home. Once I answered those, she went on about an audit that they'll come perform to help us, blah, blah...and said they could have someone come out tomorrow. She was rather pushy about setting an appointment. I finally told her that she was breaking up, which she was, and hung up the phone. I made the mistake of allowing someone to come out and do a simple "water test" via a Home Depot partner, and ended up with an hour and half appointment where at the end they wanted to sell us a $6000 Rainsoft water purifying system. They did not get the sale. I'm thinking this company operates much the same way. I don't want anyone coming to my house to give me a big production and wasting my time for something I don't want or need.
