Who called from 4074390395

They just called me, I didn't answer. No voicemail or anything.

Just called it back, I get a recording saying "thank you for calling, if you wish to be placed on a do not call list; press one now." Then silence, rob dialer looking for active numbers.

Same here, called no message called back got message.  I'm already on the do not call list.

i recently put my phone on the do not call list, since then I have gotten more unwanted calls than before.

Just got a call from them this morning. No voicemail. I just got a new number and put my number on the DNC list 3 weeks ago.
