IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE BUSINESS WITH THEM IN A YEAR, HAVE NOT CONTACTED THEM WITHIN THREE MONTHS AND YOUR NUMBER IS ON THE "DO NOT CALL LIST", THEY SHOULD BE FACING FINES OF $10,000 EACH.
I get calls from them every now and then. Very entertaining voicemails that make it sound like it's "very official and important matters regarding my timeshare." In reality, the very official and important matters reagarding my timeshare" are that they want me to pay them $500 to put it up for sale on their website! very legal, but very misleading.
