Answered a call on my cell from this number (407-459-1122) and a recorded message said they "had tried to reach you several times for a very important message about your credit card. Your time is about to expire for lowering your rate. Press 1 to speak to a representative about lowering your rate. Press 2 and your time will expire." Or something like that. I pressed 1 to see if someone would come on and the call went dead.
