I just got a call from this number, they left no message.

Me too.  No message.  It is a Florida area code.

Had a missed call from this number 4074593521 called back and it was a error tone.. not sure... what scam this is.

Phone rang three times as I answered it they hung up and left no message. Very annoying especially when I am disabled trying to get to the phone. I called it back and all I get is busy signal.
