Who called from 4074686247

I have received several calls in the last 2 weeks from this number.  As soon as I answer I am disconnected.  I am concerned that it is some sort of scam.

I don't know WHO this annoying scammer is (& I'm pretty certain it is a SCAMMER based on other reports), because I NEVER ANSWER MY PHONE IF I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NAME, NUMBER OR AREA CODE!!!!  I do NOT understand why people are answering their phones WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS!!! I have EVERY SINGLE phone number of ANY PERSON I've EVER KNOWN saved in my phone so I KNOW WHO IS CALLING ME!!  I would CERTAINLY NEVER give out ANY INFORMATION about MYSELF or my FINANCES over the PHONE!!  I also think I'm going to encourage all of my friends to come to this website & report all of their BOGUS, ANNOYING, SCAMMING PHONE NUMBERS. We need to spread the word.  I'm also going about blocking every single phone number I post on here. I realize it's a losing battle, but if it keeps my phone a little quieter, it's worth it.  This particular 407-468-6247 number is out of FL and, according to reports, is trying to get personal info out of you for whatever reason. That makes it a SCAM!
