Got call from this #,answered, they hung up. Tried calling back, always a busy signal. Don't know anyone in that area

got a call, said card member services, I ask with card, they said Visa, I asked which one as I have a few.......they hanged up,,,,,smell a scam

Don't know this number, I will block it, called my cell.

This number called my cell phone.  I'm sick of these calls so I pressed 1 for a agent.  The indian or God knows what asked of I wanted a lower interest rate.  I said no, I wanted him to eat [***] and die then  hung up.  I'll now go to the FCC and post a complaint on the do not call page.
