This person calls and if i  answer he hangs up. Call back and operatot says that this number is a non working number

This number has been calling me for the past week doing the exact same thing. I pick up and then nothing. I call back and it says its not a working number. Its gettin ridiculous.

on call back says non working number.  leaves no message and hangs up or no one there when answered.

I keep getting a call from this number and when I call back it says it's not a working number. They called me yesterday at 9:47am,11:53am,12:24pm,2:30pm, and2:34pm. I want this to stop. My phone is for emergencies because my mother is in critical condition in the hospital.
