Cruise scam. Claims to be calling from Royal Bahama Cruise Lines. Says I've won a completely free all inclusive absolutely no cost whatsoever cruise for two to the Bahamas, and would I like to buy extra tickets? The first call was from a blocked number wanting me to answer a survey and then confirm I wanted them to call back to sell me more tickets (I did not); then then called back anyway to tell me that answering the questions (which basically amounted to 'how badly does obamacare suck') got me this call.
Called me at work, asked to take a survey for free cruise tickets, took the survey than they called me right back and rambled on for about 20 mins about their cruise and how i won free tickets, i think its just advertising to brainwash you with their name so when your actually looking for a real cruise deal you remember their name and book with them. but than they asked me for credit card to pay some government fee for leaving the country...so i hung up.
I realized it was probably a scam right after I finished the survey. (It was a ridiculous 3 questions - what do you think of obama care, medical marijuana, and what was my shoe size or something lame like that). they have since called me about 40 times. BLOCK!
A call supposedly from a Royal Bahama Cruise Line w/the intension of filling empty spaces & starting out w/ free tickets for 2 for a 3 day cruise but when I hesitated they added everything short of a trip to the moon. About every night now I receive a call from this number leaving no message...how can I block any future calls?
