keep getting calls from this number and a Miami area code also will be reporting to the do not call list

Have been calling several times...We are on the Do Not Call List.......No response when we answer phone, but in mins. we receive another call from 786 area code..........

They left a mesage inviting me to join a "live chat" with the female
caller (name garbled) along with ex-rep from Pinellas and now current
tax collecor in Pasco County - Mike Fasno and the discussion was to
be about Duke Energy and their rip-off of local residents.
