Answered. Immediate hang up on other end.  Guess now they know I'm here.

No matter what # they tell you to push to cancel receiving calls from them, you still get them.
I am getting very, very irritated and upset to get these call and in addition, I don't have a credit card balance of any kind with any card.
Please get this message across to "Card Member Services" that their calls are very annoying.

Had calls from these people for several years and can't seem to do anything to stop it.  Any suggestions?

I've had lots of this type of phone call.  I think it's time for a class action suit against all of them.  Start logging these calls with date, time and if you pushed a button to tell them not to call.  I've received phone calls from the following.
