Who called from 4074765689

The message is that this is for my credit card, but there is nothing wrong with the card but want to know if I want to lower my interest rate.  

I get a phone call from these people 2 or 3 times a week and am getting tired of it.  I press the number they tell me so they will not call me anymore they don't stop calling.  There should be a law against this.  

I even tried calling them and get a message "they are busy now, please try your call later".  But, they do not say who they are at all.

The automated message says that there is nothing wrong with my credit card.  However, they want to lower my interest rate

These folks have our land line phone number but never leave a message when they hear the recorded voice on our answering machine.  What a pain!

I get calls from card services continuously.Many times i have prompted their menu to speak to someone there who could get my #'s off their call list,they simply hang-up.
This is Wrong!!
