Here is the deal, you pressing 3 does not confirm anything, txt messaging programs can get a received report. Which means, we already know your phone number is a real number. So just on that alone the numbers could be packaged then resold. SO you calling the number and opting out does NOT confirm your number. Your number was confirmed when you got the txt.
