this sand [***] that called me with this # threatened by boss and work and was asking me for personal info. also stated he was from a law firm attempting to collect a debt owed to a loan company. He claimed i was being sued and that if i wanted to settle out of court i needed to fax him some personal info. i asked for his info and he couldnt provide a direct answer all i needed to do was drop him a message on the phone number given (407) 477-5177 fax # (270) 398-9293. after asking him to stop calling my work place he contined to call. [***] needs to get a JOB!!!!!!!!!

Several time this number was left on my answering machine to call back, because I was being sue from one or more companies about a loan. Well today I spoke with a gentlemen and he was not able to give me the company's name that was sueing me and can't produce any loan documentation to show me.
I to recieved a phone call from this number while at work saying i was about to be sued i said for what and he acted shocked that i had no idea why. when i asked him to fax me something with a company letter head he said he had no problem doing that but i needed to send a letter saying i was sorry and didnt mean to comit fraud along with payment agreement and debit card info. he did say what company he was sueing on behalf of and stated an amount but when i asked who they worked for he put me threw with his supervisor who then put me on hold saying he had another client. they called me back saying they worked for the government fraud department whent so far as to tell me to go to the web site i again said send me something on letter head or certified mail at which point he said see you in court
these people have indian accents. and they said i would loose my job lmao i work for a school please get me fired i have a union.
I received a call from a different number but when I asked for a return phone call number the guy gave me this one. They have called three times now at least, each time from a different number so I don't recognize the caller. There is always alot of yelling and noise in the background. They have very thick east indian accents and are mostly unintelligible. They claim to be sending people to my house to get me, sending the police to 'capture' me and make me pay for what I've done wrong, etc. At first I was caught off guard and asked them for information about their claims against me and who they work for. Each time they work for someone different or they say that they own over 400 companies so they don't know which company is suing me. They ask me for my attorney's information. They all have very american names like Kevin, Jeff, Joe, Dan...They are reading from some kind of a script - when i ask a question they tell me not to interrupt them and then tell me that 'we have all the evidences against you you liar...)this last call ended with the guy telling me "f*ck you and you have a bad p*ssy". He did give me a website telling me that was his employer - the website was fincen.gov. I asked him for a mailing address and he said he didn't like to give that out. Later he told me he was from cashnet.usa. Also he told me he was an attorney from the Back Office Legal Department. eh? The threats of jail and people coming to my house and vulgarities continued. I just kept asking him to tell me his address so I could make sure and report the correct location to the FTC and Attorney General's office. Hey these guys also have your SSN, some bank info, employer info etc. They threaten to come to your place of employment or call your employer to get you fired. Someone please do something about these guys!
