Answered on the second ring, caller wouldn't say anything

I got a call from this number but when I tried to call it back because the wouldn't leave a voicemail it rang twice and said the person at extention 9896 is on the phone please leave a message I do know that the call has originated out of Orlando but can't find out any other information without paying for it!

Got a phone call twice last week and then today from this number. After I answer I don't hear anything. Says they are on the line when I call back.

I just got called by these people. A woman claimed she needed information about an injury accident I was hurt in. Then she put me on hold and never came back. (I have a cell phone with limited minutes and have been out of work since the accident. I couldn't keep holding.)

I tried calling back, but only got a voice mail box that was too full to accept a message.

Who are these people??
