They have gotten more professional at what they do. They now give you a call back (855) number that appears to be active for 24 hours. They indicated they were in Orlando, Florida. They will talk to you with several of your live creditors. Nothing you can't do on your own. Do not give them any legitimate information. You put yourself at risk.

I got a call from someone who said they would lower my interest rates. They asked for way to much infomation. I gave my zip, phone#, last 4 of social. Then they ask for my credit card #. When I refused they asked if I wanted to speak to their superviser. Then ask me if the credit I was in good standing with with my credit and if I had max. out the credit limits. I called the BBB and will file a complaint.
I got a call from this number, spent 2 hours on the phone with these people. They claimed they would lower my interest rates on my credit cards. I was stupid and took the deal giving them all my personal information. They claimed I could be refunded if I wasnt happy with their services. That is a lie. They are very rude and would not give me any information about their company and refused to refund my money. DO NOT DO WHAT I DID! Dont give them information!

YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF.THEY SAY THEY HAVE OTHER TECHNIQUES BUT THEY DONT.THEY STRING YOU ALONG MAKING YOU BELIEVE THEY ARE TRYING TO PROVIDE A REAL SERVICE. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN THEIR TIME OF FINANCIAL NEED.THEY SAY THERE PUTTING A END TO YOU GETTING RATE ABUSED BUY THE CREDIT CARD COMPANYS BUT FOR THE LITTLE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE THEY RIPP YOU OFF WAY WORSE THAN ANY CREDITOR....1 PHONE CALL THAT THEY MADE COST ME ALMOST 900.00 DOLLARS.THE SECOND THEY RECORD YOUR AGREEMENT THEY LOCK YOU IN TO THAT PAYMENT.I'VE RESEARCHED OTHER COMPANYS SINCE (ETHICAL COMPANYS)THAT CHARGE FAR LESS FOR THIS EXACT SAME SERVICE.SOME SERVICES ARE EVEN FREE IN CASES LIKE THESE.....JASON.DAISY...KATHERINE... THEY DIDNT EVEN FOLLOW UP ON ANY O0F MY OTHER ACCOUNTS.JUST YHE ONE THEY NEEDED TO GET ME LOCKED IN.
