I would love to know who this is calling also. They just woke my baby up! Tried calling them back and it just goes straight to a voice mail that is full.
I also got a call from this phone number. Since November 30th, I have been getting calls from 407- area codes. So far I've received 5, but our phone line had been down (needed repair) from Dec. 7th through the 17th, otherwise I'm sure we would have record of calls during that period, too.
Every time we answer the phone, there is no one on the line. No noise, no static... nothing.

I don't know what company this is calling, but my guess is that someone that holds an account of mine has an auto-dialer that is going berserk. Having worked for a finance company (not in collections, but had the phones accidentally forwarding all incoming calls to mine one day) I do know that companies will have machines that can automatically dial a customer's number in the event that a payment is late or they need to get in touch. A lot of times, these auto dialer numbers are different from the company's actual number - especially if the person has a large outstanding amount due - as a ploy to have the person answer the phone. As far as I know, I personally (nor my husband) have any accounts that are past due or overdue, so there is no reason I should be receiving a call from anyone; this is why I think it might be a glitch in someone's system somewhere.
