Just got a text from this number it is a scam asking if you need quick cash for bills

Just got a text from this number it is a scam asking if you need quick cash for bills and expenses?  You can get up to $1500 tomorrow!  It's easy, just visit www.Click4CashNow.com.  This is the message i received.

I got an unwanted spam text from thias number to my cell phone that is on the no call list.  Like the other posting, they offer a quick cash of $1,500.

Just received a text from 407-484-8016. Same one as other posts here.  How can we stop this from happening again?
