After a job interview group session and researching this company I found references of complaints against 407-488-0755 & 410-777-8667 listed only here at 800notes.com  No web information is out there about this company which is a big red flag for potential fraud.  IF YOU HAVE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE as either EMPLOYEE, INTERVIEWEE, or POTENTIALLY DUPED....PLEASE GO TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL'S WEBSITE

This is the State Attorney General's complaint form site.  I just called their hotline and was told to fill out the form.  They get many many complaints from seniors about fraud.  PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM WITH YOUR STORIES DETAILED IN THE COMMENT BOX and REFERENCE THE FRAUD AGAINST SENIORS.  This will get the investigation going faster on their end.  I just filled it out and the Florida office is currently in Altamonte Springs.  The job search posting for "$15/hr jobs with no cold calling" website said it was located in Casselberry with the company name Global SP, Inc.  The interview and call center now on North Lake Drive, Altamonte Springs, Florida gave the company name as Senior Medical Benefits using 407-488-0755.  The email contact gives a company name as Safeline.  After feeling suspicious about the company I searched finding ONLY THIS COMPLAINT PAGE and seeing all the complaints I hope ALL of you fill out the form for YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL.  That is the only way this company will be investigated.  The seniors calling probably have no solid information to follow.  The employees would have more information.  PLEASE FILL OUT THE FRAUD COMPLAINT FORM !

This sounds like a company that Indiana Attorney General filed suit against and put a restraining order on them.  Check this out, they even have the recorded call attached to the suit.

The real name of the company is:
Elite Information Solutions
495 Semoran Blvd
Casselberry, FL. 32707

They go by many different names:  Safeline Alert, Senior Safeline, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Medical Benefits, and many more.  You are correct, they also have another location in Altamonte Springs.  If you research these names on 800 notes you will find 1000's of complaints about this company, many from ex-employees.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

I worked at the northlake blvd location for two pm shifts. This was the easiest job I ever got,you call a number the set u up an "interview" and when you show up to your surprise your being interviewed with 19 other people. We all say in a room filled out paperwork and where lectured by a man in a suite who just looked shady. We were then given a quick tour and were lined up outside of the room we were just in. Our interviewer made it clear that there were twenty of us and not all would be hired. False! We were called in one by one and given the job. Everybody got hired! We all started the next day. In your cubicle you have a script and about 40 rebuttles taped in front of you. The loud techno music and owner yelling "close those deals" "you guys save lives" "rebuttle" was enough to scare 99% of my calls out of the offer which I assume is a scan but I can't know that for sure. The place was full of what you may call "outcast" from other jobs. It seemed they hired the people normal jobs wouldn't. thugs, druggies, felony records, dropouts etc. I quit two days later. Not for me.

I have been working for this company for 2 months and know people that have been there for 2-4 years. The product is a good product and is a real product and people who have this service seem to be satisfied. There is a script that you follow and are not supposed to go off script. There is nothing in the script that is not true or that is a scam. The only thing that I think makes this company seem shady is that they have an automated system that calls seniors telling them that they have been selected for a free life alert system and that the system has already been paid for telling them to press a certain number for operator and a certain number if not interested. If they press the operator number they then find out that the system is all completely free as far as the equipment and shipping and handling and processing but that there is a service fee of $34.95 a month so that the system is set up to go to a certified emergency medical technician. The script tells them that they were referred by a friend, family member, or someone they may know to our company and that, as a form of advertising, instead of spending millions on advertising fees we are offering the equipment for free, that has over a $400 value and asking that you pay the service fee of $34.95  a month and then tell your friends and family about our company to generate word of mouth business. The only thing is that we probably didn't get their name from a friend or family member or someone they may know I don't know how we get the numbers but this is a real company and they do have a good system and the product does save peoples lives so I don't feel like I'm doing anything shady at all. Some people may feel that this is shady because it's a sales pitch and we're telemarketers and people don't like sales calls so this recording to some people at first doesn't sound like a sales call to some people and they get confused and don't understand and assume that a friend or relative has paid the $400 for the equipment. If they ask us who has paid for the system we are supposed to tell them that no one actually had to purchase the equipment it was a referral. If people listen to what is being said and understand it and ask any questions they may have everything is explained but if they assume or don't ask or don't understand that this is a promotional sales call they think they may be getting scammed, and lets face it unfortunately a lot of people in this world scam senior citizens and mentally disabled people and that's sad and I would never work for a company if I thought i was doing something fraudulent or to scam someone no matter how much it paid. Personally though I think the sales tactic should be changed and we wouldn't have so many people thinking this is a scam. Now I can say that if you go off of the script and tell them something that is not true or is misleading you can and usually do get written up depending on what you say and some people do get fired if you don't follow this script. This script was written by many lawyers. My dad is an attorney and I've had him look at the script and there is nothing illegal being said or to scam anyone as long as the product is received which I believe it is I have never gotten a call to complain about the service and we occasionally call people that already have it and no one ever complains about anything other than they don't like sales calls. You do get paid what they say they will pay you $8 per hr plus commission most people average $12-$18 an hr. some even $20 an hr after commissions. They do interview a lot of people and hire anyone that can read and doesn't have any criminal history of fraud or anything that would prevent you from having a telemarketing license in the state of Florida. I got my grandmother this system she did receive it and hasn't had anything bad to say about it she has only had it about a month but I wouldn't have suggested it to her if it was a scam, and I didn't make any commission on her I had her purchase it through our website.
