caller says they the federal government and sends info to my email address regarding a lawsuit against me I asked to mail the information to me the caller states he mailing it to my employer.
It's a scam - any legitimate debt collector would send you via MAIL a debt validation letter. And for the record, why would the federal government be calling you about a lawsuit? Scammers use threats like this to intimidate and scare people into paying them for non-existent debts. Report them to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.
HE left a voicemail...could hardly understand the broken/poor English...sounded Korean or Vietnamese. Could not even tell you why he was calling except he demanded I call him back. Blocking number through my carrier. SCAM big time!
they are the fraud people and they are not from the usa so be careful about this number and if you get the any voice to call back on this number so please do not do any call they will scam to you
